Congratulations, Jon Meyers, Principal and Vice-President of Business Development, Calibre Engineering, on being named our 2025 Business Development Professional of the Year!

Jon has been with Calibre for 20 years, spending the last 18 focused on business development, including building and sustaining Calibre’s National Federal program. He has helped the firm grow through lasting relationships, strategic planning, and fostering a culture where business development is a team effort.

A passionate mentor and community advocate, Jon created a program to train emerging Business Development Professional Leaders and supports nonprofit initiatives like Discs for Destination Imagination and the ACE Mentor Program of Colorado, helping high school students pursue careers in AEC. Known for his dedication, curiosity, and collaborative approach, Jon is a respected leader in the AEC business development community.
