The BD Guild of Colorado is Now the BD Exchange!
The BD Guild of Colorado has officially transitioned into the BD Exchange, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Along with this change, our popular morning networking series, Coffee & Conversation, has been rebranded as Coffee Exchange.
“The new name, ‘The BD Exchange,’ better reflects our vision,” says Maggie Bolden, President of the Board and Director of Client Services at Palace Construction. “Our programs for 2026 are all built around the idea of ‘exchange’—the exchange of ideas, information, and connections. We’re creating a support structure with clear pathways for BD professionals to learn, grow, and advance their careers.”
In 2026, the BD Exchange will host seven educational and networking events—five in Metro Denver and, for the first time, two in Northern Colorado. Key programs and initiatives continue, including:

A brand-new website,www.thebdexchange.com, has replaced BDGuildofColorado.com. The site features details on upcoming events, recent blogs, and more. A huge thank you to Clare Kelly, Owner of fuseignite, for leading the website development and launch, and to Mark Barger of Optavate for designing the new BD Exchange and Coffee Exchange logos.
