She specializes in proposal management, strategic marketing, and relationship-focused business development, with a strong emphasis on building industry connections and cultivating trusted subcontractor relationships. Jill provides tailored support to help firms strengthen their brand, pursue new opportunities, and enter new markets. She is an active contributor to the Colorado AEC community, serving on the BD Guild of Colorado Advisory Board and holding board positions with the Crested Butte Public Art Commission and the Girl with Grit Colorado Chapter.
